A day full of FUN!!

We had a pretty exciting day in Erie.  Started out great when Gavin slept until 7:00am (usually it's about 6:00-6:30am).  I know 30 minutes doesn't seem like a long time but with Gavin that feels like 3 hours because once he's up he's 100 mph... ALL DAY!  Daddy let Mommy sleep in a little bit and they had a blast playing together.  Gavin decided I needed to get up and help play too.  He took a morning nap which was awesome because he slept for almost 2 1/2 hours. 

When he woke up from his nap we headed out to have some fun.  First, we stopped for a quick bite to eat at Steak N Shake.  Gavin ate chicken strips and fries (one of his favorites), a little of Mommy's chocolate shake and some of Daddy's water. 

Next, we headed to Petsmart where we met lots of animals... fish, cats, birds, dogs and reptiles.  We had lots of fun looking at all the different animals.  From there we went to the mall.  We shopped and danced (had lots of fun)!!  It only got better from the mall... next stop: Toys R Us.  Some people might ask why we would take him in there but he loves playing with all the toys and when it's time to go he doesn't throw a fit.  Gavin decided it would be a great time to start his Christmas List and send it Santa... and Grandmas & Grandpas.  So this is first on his list....

Once we got done looking at EVERYTHING in Toys R Us we went home.  At Petsmart we got Max a new harness for walking.  Gavin wanted to play outside so we all went on a walk.  We walked to the park and baseball field next to our house.  Gavin ended up walking around with nothing but his shirt and shoes on.  Daddy and Gavin ran around the bases and played with the stroller. 

After our long walk we ate dinner and played with Gavin's toys for a long time.  He had such a great time.
